Development of Your Concept/Master Plan from Landscaping Design Adelaide:
This is a three stage process, requiring three separate meetings.
1. Landscaping Design Adelaide – Design-Brief Meeting:
Having chosen ADELAIDE LANDSCAPES(Landscaping Design Adelaide) to design your dream garden, a design-brief meeting is scheduled. Here you and Glenn will further discuss your dream garden in detail and compile the brief upon which your garden will be designed. At the conclusion of this meeting (which normally lasts around 60 minutes), Glenn will also carry out a detailed site assessment.
2. Landscaping Design Adelaide – Preliminary Design Presentation:
A scaled, computer generated draft concept plan, based on your design-brief, will be presented and discussed. Any refinements to the design are noted and agreed upon, as are materials, finishes and key design features.
3. Landscaping Design Adelaide – Final Design Presentation:
Once all of the finishing touches are complete, your Concept/Master Plan , along with any relevant subsidiary plans and/or documentation, is delivered to you.
The fee for developing a Concept/Master Plan is dependant on a number of variables (i.e. the size of the property, the complexity of the site, the desired features, etc). ADELAIDE LANDSCAPES‘ design fees range from $880 (for a small courtyard) to $2,500 + (for the average sized Adelaide home).
